The dough is made from high-quality flour, water, salt and yeast and is left to rest for at least 24 hours before being formed into a thin disk with a thick edge. The ingredients are fresh and selected, such as the San Marzano tomatoes D.O.P, the Fior di latte mozzarella, the buffalo mozzarella, the Grana Padano or the Parmigiano Reggiano.
