The Mamma Leone restaurant in Lucerne offers an excellent combination of traditional Italian cuisine and modern influences. A rich selection of Italian dishes awaits you at Mamma Leone. A particular specialty of the house is the Ossobuco di vitello. This dish is prepared by Chef José da Silva is carefully prepared by cooking the veal shank sous vide for 48 hours, achieving exceptional tenderness. It is served with a white wine risotto that is freshly prepared and cooked to perfect al dente. The sauce impresses with its impressive depth, and there is a pan of delicious bone marrow on the side.
